About

As a UX Design Intern at Macmillan Learning, I enhanced the Achieve Learning Management System (LMS) by making it more intuitive, accessible, and engaging for students. I introduced accessibility features like adjustable font sizes and a screen reader for visually impaired users, integrated a note-taking tool for highlighting and revisiting e-book content, and redesigned the feedback system to provide clear explanations and helpful hints—especially for complex subjects like math and science. Additionally, I developed a real-time progress tracker to help students monitor their performance and stay motivated, resulting in a more inclusive and supportive learning experience.
