About

As the Design Lead for the SCADpro collaboration with Lowe’s, I led the User Experience initiative to redesign the front-end store layout, enhancing efficiency and customer-centricity. Launched in 2023 and now implemented in nearly 900 stores nationwide, the project significantly improved the overall customer experience by optimizing navigation, streamlining checkout, and maximizing space utilization, leading to notable business results. These included a 5-10% sales increase due to better navigation and product displays, a 15% boost in customer satisfaction, a 20% reduction in checkout wait times, and a 10% rise in employee productivity from improved store layouts.
